Spring Flowering Annuals - such as spring flowering or cold tolerant annuals like: pansies, alyssum, primrose, dusty miller and ivy.

1. Place the liner in the Urn.
2. Fill the Urn 3/4 with the Moisture Plus Potting Mix.
   **Note: The cocoa liners dry out quickly so it is important to keep them well watered. Soil Moist granules can be added to the soil and will help retain moisture and keep it from drying out.

1. Add plants to the planter.
2. Start with a tall spike in the middle and alternate with spring flowering or cold tolerant annuals like: pansies, alyssum, primrose, dusty miller and ivy. These plants will tolerate cooler temperatures and even a frost.
3. Splitting apart an Ivy hanging basket will make your planter look fuller.

1. When all the plants are in the planter, fill in with loose soil around the plants. Make sure that all the roots are well covered with soil, but do this lightly.
2. Add Osmocote, a slow release fertilizer to the top of the soil. This will fertilize your planter all summer every time you water.

1. Water your planter.
2. Check planter every day and make sure it is kept well-watered.
